Booking Terms
These are the rules this booking system applies. They are short because there are only a few of them.
Your stay
A stay is counted in twenty-four hour periods measured from the time you actually check in, not from midnight and not from a fixed hotel hour. If you check in at 15:30, your first paid period ends at 15:30 the following day. Staying beyond that means paying for another period.
Arrival
You may check in at any time of day or night. Please bring one valid identification document with you: a NIDA card, a Driver’s Licence or a Voter’s ID. It is needed only to complete your registration at the desk.
How many guests
Each room takes a maximum of two guests. A child may stay in place of one of them, provided an adult is staying in the same room. A booking of several rooms applies this limit to each room separately: two rooms take four guests in total, and never three in one of them.
Rates and payment
Rates are quoted per room, per twenty-four hour period, in Tanzanian Shillings, and they are the rates the booking form charges. There is no booking fee and no agent commission. Payment is made at the lodge.
Changing or cancelling a booking
This website does not process changes or cancellations itself. To move your dates, add a room or cancel, telephone or message the lodge and reception will deal with it directly. Any charge that applies is settled with the lodge.
